This initiative is part of bilateral education agreements and aims to support both Algerian and international students in undergraduate and postgraduate (Master’s) studies. Although primarily focused on technical, scientific, mathematical, and computer science disciplines, the scholarship may also include programs related to archaeology or cultural heritage in select partner universities, particularly in Algeria, Egypt, or Morocco.

Eligibility

The BEA 2025 scholarship is open to a wide range of candidates, with specific criteria:

- Nationality: Open to Algerian and international students, particularly Nigerians for this specific call.

- Level of study: Enrollment in an undergraduate or master’s program at a partner university in Algeria, Russia, Morocco, Hungary, Egypt, or Nicaragua.
